Can you please provide table information about Price level history for items.
if any create/update/delete price levels the table hold the information.

As Richard mentioned, Dynamics GP out of box doesn't offer Price Level history.
There are 3rd party products like Rockton Auditor which offer this functionality rocktonsoftware.com/.../auditor
Other option is to write a customization in Dexterity or a SQL table trigger on the table you want to audit. Both solutions involve the creation of a new table for storing the Price Level history.
The IV40800 table will contain the price levels and the table IV00108 will contain the prices per item at those levels. However, there is nothing that tracks the historical values. So will not find anything that says in 2010 these were the price levels and then in 2012 these were the price levels.
