Dynamics 9.1 on premise too slow

Dynamics On Premise instance running on local server and available over internet.

Have local ADFS server, PF sense Firewall and Web Application proxy.

CRM instance loads very quick over local network, over internet pages loads too slow.

    Hey Evgenich.  

    There are different possibilities, and as such, you should definitively open a support request to Microsoft to verify this behavior. It might be that Firewall rules or response packages being inspected.  the more components added between the Dynamics environment and end user (ADFS, WAP, FIREWALL) the more time you're going to get before a response is routed & delivered.

    Are you using WAP on Server 2019? 
     
    We had exact same issue and disabling HTTP2 on WAP solved it:
    Set-ItemProperty 'HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\WinHttp\' -Name EnableDefaultHTTP2 -Value 0
    And after WAP reboot, it worked.
