I need to add permisions to customer journey dynamics 365 to a Marketing Manager.
Is it possible?
Only sys admin can acces?

Hi,
You mean that the security role of the user is Marketing Manager, right?
Please grant the proper privileges to the role based on your request.
Here is the reference documentation: Security roles and privileges - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs.
For example, I granted the privileges of Customer Journey entity to the role and the user can read/ create /modify...the journeys.
But when the user create a journey, the templates cannot be shown for the privileges have not been granted.
