Error: Unable to upgrade the product 414 from version 11.0.1651.

I'm trying to upgrade GP 2010 v11.0.2390 to GP 2015 R2, but when I run the utilities get the error that can not update HR 414 is the product.

Any Ideas???

    Sounds like in your GP2010 environment that HR Module was not upgraded to SP4, as the 1651 version is at SP1.  Check your Utilities set file on the GP2010 version has the HR Module listed, and get that upgraded first.
