Hi, does anyone knows about a Product call Quotes and Orders - Product ID 431 in Dynamics.set
I'v looking on the net, can't find if it's an ISV or from Microsoft.

Most likely it is a customization or a third-party product. What is listed in your DYNAMCIS.SET for this product ID?

It is listed as Quotes and Orders. Product ID 431.
The problem we have, we are in an middle of migration, and there is some Reports and Form modified for this product, and the client have no ideas we're it came from.
I'll open a case with GP support, they should have a list a ID.

It is not one of theirs so they will not know. Can you go into Tools->Resource Descriptions_>Tables and change the product to Quotes and Orders and then cycle through the series until table names appear. What are some of those table names? They may give us a clue.
Do you have registration or setup screen you can go to for this module? Usually the company of the ISV will be there.

Computer Productivity Services Inc. (CPS)
the client doesn’t use it anymore.

You are welcome. I just checked out their website. It does not say much. I wonder if it was custom add-on to handle quotes to work orders?
To be honest, we do not know too much either, because the customer had bought it by himself and he told us not to use it anymore.
