We keep getting an error message as follows- "Invalid Operation 426: The OPOS device is not opened..." when we go to settle each transaction. The drawer does open but we have to X out of the message to print a receipt. It started when the drawer wouldn't open and the employees there at the time said that they just kept rebooting until the drawer opened. I looked into the register properties and tried changing some of those properties but I can't get rid of having to X out of the message each time we complete a transaction. Thanks for any advice!
