It's been a long time since I have had to do this and I simply can't remember.  In FRx, I have 2 companies.  Company A owns 25% of Company B.  How can I show this % of net income from Company B on Company A's income statement?

thanks for your help :)

Off the top of my head:

Set up a tree with both companies.  In the Row format in the Links column, link to the tree segment for Company B.  Use the GL range to show all P&L accounts summed to get the net income.  Make this a NP row.

Next row down do a calculation of 25% of the NP row and report this.

You can also use the rollup from within the tree to help with consolidated reporting if that is of any use.
