Hi,
We just installed roll up 3 for CRM 4. After that when we are creating a CRM case and we select a Subject from the list it gives an error "An error has occured" as soon as any parent subject is clicked. So we can't select child subjects anymore, the control doesn't even expand to show the child subjects. Its happening on all clients regardless of their security roles. If you try to create a case form the CRM server this error doesn't happen.
Any help is really appreciated.
