Problems in Call type look up tree after installing roll up 3

Hi,

We just installed roll up 3 for CRM 4. After that when we are creating a CRM case and we select a Subject from the list it gives an error "An error has occured" as soon as any parent subject is clicked. So we can't select child subjects anymore, the control doesn't even expand to show the child subjects. Its happening on all clients regardless of their security roles. If you try to create a case form the CRM server this error doesn't happen.

 Any help is really appreciated.

    The problem resolved itslef after an hour. I beleive the clients were taking more than usual time to synch up with server which is not happening anymore.

    Hi Folks,

    Had this problem after upgrading CRM V4 to Rollup 3.

    To cure - Users had to empty there Browsing History from within IE.

    Hope it helps. R
