Is there a client side object model for CRM online that we can automate on our side to build azure components. How can I connect CRM online to azure web jobs.

What do you mean with "Client-Side Object Model"? In crm it's model you can use from CRM scripts but not from outside - msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg328255.aspx
