Facing issue while opening D365FO url

Recently I downloaded VHD from LCS of version 10.0.5 but we needed 10.0.7 with PU31.

So I created a VM with the version I downloaded and then I installed 'Service Update - Version 10.0.7 with Platform update 31' by following below link.

It was successfully installed then I Build, Synchronized and restarted the environment

Now whenever I'm trying to connect to D365FO it is opening debugger as shown in below screenshot but sometimes it opens D365FO without any issue, I don't know why.

These 2 errors are being shown.

For Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.

The description for Event ID 110 from source Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

    Hi Rizwan,

    The details are mentioning a time out. It might be due to lack of system resources. Can you check the allocated CPUs, memory and if the VM is running on a fast SSD?

    I agree with Andre. This could a resource issue. Check memory available to SQL and whether the database are all up (use SQL Management Studio running as administrator). Sometimes if SQL is having trouble it can't even properly load the database and they are in some sort of recovery state.

    If you have limited memory resources you can give, you can change the SQL server settings and make sure SQL doesn't take all the memory it can get, there's an upper limit you can set.

    The error message shows "System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Execution Timeout Expired", can you check SQL connection and make sure we can connect and we have enough resource. In addition to that can we restart batch service successfully?
