    Hi,

Are you importing your organization to a different SQL Server Reporting Services instance? Sounds like you need to backup and restore your symmetric encryption key for SSRS prior to the import. Here is an article that helps you do that:

    https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms157275.aspx

I would also verify your access to your AD environment. The account you import the organization with should have the following access to the AD environment:

    https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg197630(v=crm.6).aspx

    Hope that helps.

    John,  thanks for your reply.

I posted me question about refreshing dev form production and the answer was to backup production and restore in dev and then use DM to import organization.

Obviously, it is not that simple.
