From GP side I think no tools available for your requirement(May be I am wrong). Better you will check with this on destination side (NAV).
Note: Post this question to NAV forum(community.dynamics.com/.../34.aspx).

I want to implement the HR process of GP into NAV. I don't want to develop it from scratch when it already exists in GP. So is there any way, or any tool that can enable me transport GP objects to NAV? or anything like it to just avoid building a NAV version of it?
