Why we use Receivables transaction entry? and what are the differences between receivables transaction entity and sales transaction entity ? Could please provide me detailed stuff I'm waiting for your answers?

You've been busy this morning. You've asked how payables works in detail, the detailed difference between Sales Order Processing and Receivables, how to use multiple warehouses, how items are costed and how to use C# to integrate with the Inventory module.
I think your questions are too broad for you to get the answers you want. To effectively use this forum, I think you need to do a little studying on your own, or get some training. Once you have a little knowledge under your belt, come back with some much narrower questions and you'll get some great answers.
