Hi guys,
We have a lot of DROP-SHIP type of PO's in GP 2013 r2. Now our management wanted to implement Requisition Module through GP. Problem is that, after creating the Requisition and transferred to a PO, the system does not allow us to change from STANDARD to DROP-SHIP type. There is no option also to force it to DROP-SHIP during creating the Requisition.
I understand that there is no sense of making it drop-ship on the requisition...BUT this is the requirement of our management.
Now, is there any suggestion for any work-around aside from making it through table changes?
Appreciate guys your help please.

Thanks Mahmoud.
This has been an old requirement since the business portal - requisition management release, there has been a suggestion on the MS Connect to consider the functionality of transforming the requisition not only to a standards, but rather drop-ship purchase order as well. Therefore, the answer is as always to vote on the MS Connect to be part of the change.
From a technical perspective, it might seem easy to update the PO status but it is never as simple as it may seem. Drop-shop and standard purchase order are different types and have different associations. In case you wanted to go with this scenario, you will have to do a heavy testing, but still, not something that I would recommend at all.
