EFT remittance email stopped working

I have a situation where the EFT vendor remittance advice email is not working correctly.  It sends some of the emails and some (well over half) go into "drafts" in Outlook.  This is occurring in two different instances of GP that are on two different versions (GP2015 R2 and GP2016 R2), two different SQL servers.  The users are attempting to send the remittance via two different terminal servers and a client install.  They are using Office 2010, Office 2013 and Office 365.  Everything worked until about two weeks ago.  Does anyone have any ideas of where I could look for the problem?
