Batch-Controlled BOM lines

Dear All,

I created the BOM formula with only one raw material as a batch-controlled item. when I estimated the production order, system doesn't show the batch-controlled item in ' view calculation details' under 'mange costs' tab on production order.

so what is the way to add item with batch number in picking list, so that item cost reflect in above form.

    It sounds like the "Calculation" slider on your master BOM / formula is not set to "Yes"

    Regarding your specific question of how to handle on just the current production order, you have a couple options:

    1. Manually add the item to a picking list journal and post the journal.  Your item will be added to the production BOM / formula. 
    2. Manually add the item to the production bom / formula, you will be prompted to re-estimate and re-schedule the production order, do that.  Then you can post a picking list journal against the component item.
