Batch Jobs - Data maintenance job to run fixes

Hi partner,

As shown below, I see several daily batch jobs ' Data maintenance job to run fixes',

Does anyone know the purpose of this automated batch jobs and how to manage them in D365 F&O?

Also, is it possible to turn off this batch job in D365?
