Saving Changes to Timecard is Slow for One User

We use Business Portal Time & Attendance for our timecard system, hosted by SL 7.3 (FP1).  This issue may have existed prior to upgrading SL 7.2 to 7.3.  Either way, there is one particular user that despite the PC or version of IE he uses, he gets a significant browser hang (>40 seconds) whenever he saves the changes he's made to his timecard.  It doesn't even matter if the timecard contains one record, or several.

A SQL peformance monitor trace confirmed this delay, in comparison to a similar execution from another user, but didn't elude to the bottleneck that this particular user is experiencing.

It might be important to note that 1) this user has an administrator role in the domain and within Business Portal, and 2) the user is me.

If anyone has experienced this, any insight would be great.

Thanks,

Ron
