GP 2013, SP1 (12.00.1412)

Management Reporter 2012 (2.1.7044.43)

We've noticed recently that whenever a new company is created in Dynamics GP, shortly thereafter Reports in Management Reporter fail to list transactions that are posted.

The short term solution is...

1. From the MR Report tab, select the Provisional dropdown button and select "Posted and Unposted Activity".

The long term solution is...

1. Delete the DDM database, recreated the DDM, and start the Integration.

Is there a fix to the DDM corruption or at least an easier way (rather than delete and recreate the DDM) to get the DDM repaired (i.e. SQL script, etc.).

Thank you.

Management Reporter likes to freak out whenever you get a new database.

After you add a new company, you need to go into the Configuration Console, go to the ERP Integrations, and Reconfigure Change Tracking.  MR will then go find the new company databases and add them to the integrations, which should fix the issue.
