Hello,
I will want to automate the removal of email addresses from contacts that are identified as hard bounces in my segment.
How to implement this workflow in a customer journey?If you have better solutions I'm a taker too.

Hi fko.
It is recommended to achieve this with a customer journey.
After going live the customer journey, the emails of the hard bounced contacts can be removed.
