Remove Hard Bounces

Hello, 

I will want to automate the removal of email addresses from contacts that are identified as hard bounces in my segment.

How to implement this workflow in a customer journey?
If you have better solutions I'm a taker too.

    Nya, what is the best way to create the on demand workflow using Microsoft Flow instead of background workflows as recommended on the Power Apps process form?

    Hi fko.

    It is recommended to achieve this with a customer journey.

    1. Create a segment with a behavior block to filter out the contacts who are identified as hard bounces.

    1. Create an on-demand workflow targeting at Contact entity to update the emails of the contacts to empty.

    1. Create a customer journey with the segment as the audience of it. Insert the workflow into the journey after activating it.

    After going live the customer journey, the emails of the hard bounced contacts can be removed.
