Security Role issue.

Hello Friends,

Today I am facing issue with Action pane button.Actually we have some customization in Retail module.

when i click on Retail -------> retail channels ----> online stores and then Set up tab. there is button "Sales order attributes". when i try to find related roles, duties or privilege, I could not find anything there.

I am also sharing pic. as well.

Now I want to see this button on my newly created role. what should i do now?

i mean how i know that this role or duty or privilege is used for it?

    I think you should ask "some one" what changes might have been applied. I'm not clearsighted. You can also compare the object in different layers for the changes.

    I think its customized. yeah. some one changed it. now what i have to do?

    There could be an option that the duty or privilege has been customized. Have you checked that? Are you working on an environment with one or multiple AOS machines? It might be related to caching. If you change security objects while the user is logged on, there could also be an issue with client cache files.

    yeah. but when i assign them to my role. still button is not showing. I do't know why.

    Hi Hassan,

    The difference in thinking as consultant or developer :)

    The label for SalesQuotationMaintain is Maintain quotations and the label for SalesQuotationTableDetailsMaintain is Maintain sales quotation details.

    So you found the correct ones.

    Here I can find SaleQuotationMaintain duty and SalesQuotationTableDetailsMaintain privilege. nothing which you told me.

    Hi Hassan,

    The duty for this button is Maintain quotation and the privilege is Maintain sales quotation details.
