Thanks Vilmos,
Batch job failed to run means which are the possibilities for failure.
Before i am not aware of the cause of failure.
Now i understood properly as above you mentioned.
Thanks!

What does "failed to run" mean exactly? Did it start but you got an error? Or it never started and stayed in Waiting status?
In the first case, you could check Batch job history and see what status does it have (error?) and check the infolog by pressing the Log button.
If it is in Waiting status, then you either do not have the selected batch group allocated in your Server configuration against your AX AOS instance, or you do not have an error-free Full CIL compiled.
The Event viewer on the AX AOS could tell you if there were any SQL connectivity issues or errors initiated from the server instance, like when you have metadata changes and you did not synchronize your AX Data Dictionary.
Thanks a lot Fredrik.
I will follow which you suggest me.
One thing when we go for check event viewer ? Is't required to check (Event viewer) in case of failed batch job?
Please give me more shed on this.
Thanks!

I guess you would have to debug it...
