I'm struggeling in the follow-up of campaigns, i can't get a view on the responses/results, can someone advise on the how-to ?
(or indicate the correct sequence of events in a campaing -PS we have Dynamics 365 on prem and we do not use the business flows in our company) ?
In short our sequence:
- external adresses (sic-code realted) are bought and are uploaded in Leads section of the CRM database
- these adresses/contacts are then linked to a specific static marketing list (leads) (Q: can one assign them in bulk to a ML?)
- Then a campaing is created, and the marketing list is associated
- In the campaing activities a phone call action is added
- Then the phone call action is ditributed to a dedicated person performing the cold calling
- In his activities he gets a list of all the calls he has to execute.
But then the main question is: how to proceed ?
1) open the activity and register the info in the phonecall screen? (but no next spedps or type of interest can be added)
or 2) does he afterwards has to use the campaign response to give in the feedback ?
- in the first: as he enters info in the phone call screen, no entries can be found in the campaing response section in the campaing screen
- and in the latter when opening the campaign response one can't select a campaign to see all the associated contacts within the campaign
Any ideas to get out of theis bottleneck ??
