Add-on for Gas Pump Integration [i.e., Pay at the Pump OR Pay Inside]

Does anybody know about if there would be any add-on available to integrate the Gas Pump? This add-on should at least perform the following tasks:

Customer can Pay for Gas at the pump using their Credit or Debit Card
Customer can pay for Gas coming inside the store by any of the payment method
Customer can pay for Gas at the pump using their Credit or Debit Card even when the store is closed.

Please provide me some information on Partners who has already developed such add-on. I would appreciate any help from community.

Thank you for your post.

While RMS allows for the second requirement you would in fact need an add-in to complete the task 1 and 3.
