User with (#) sign at the start for the name.

I'm curious as to why I have some duplicate users in my organization with a hashtag (#) sign start of their Full Name.  I search and found out these are external users. But today one of my user login and system display the user name with a hashtag (#) which cause a lot of errors etc. My questions are that

Is it normal that when we connect with SharePoint or OneDrive this user created and available on the Dynamics 365 user list?

How can we prevent that system should not allow to login with this user

    # is Added by CRM when the Office 365 User Account is synced with no First name.

When a user is created on O365, Display Name and user name are mandatory but First Name and Last Name are not.

If I create a User in O365 with No FN and LN and with the display name, TestDispName, it will be synced to CRM with the following name

As you can see from the above screenshot, the Display Name we set in Office 365 is set at the Last Name and since there is no value to set to First Name field, CRM adds #.

You can fix this by going into office 365 and updating user account with First Name and Last Name and it will be updated in CRM, please note it might take about 5 minutes to sync the change to CRM.
