Hi.
We are facing an issue with syncing historic emails from a forwarding mailbox with serverside sync to CRM.
The mailbox contains ca 500 e-mails.
I activate serverside sync and specify on server profile that it should process emails form 20.08.2018 under advanced settings.
But when we activate serverside sync it only process e-mails that are coming in after the process is activated.
Does serverside sync have a similar config file to the email routers "Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.xml"-file?
How can we get the e-mails that are already in the mailbox to sync to CRM?
