Hello,
 
Is there a way to get the totals of each PO to display on the /All Purchase Screen/ screen?

    Total in PO form view is not there as per standard, however this is doable by custom code.

    Like Ramit mentioned, there is a view you can open per purchase order. The calculation is taking some time. Having the totals directly on the form will have a performance impact. That is, I think, the reason why it is not standard. If you insist to have it, it would be possible via a customization. In case you only need a total of the line amounts, you can also use the totals function on the grid control. Grid capabilities - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
