Contract Associated View does not display related records when clicking list control from Contract Sub-grid

We have a Contract sub-grid on our Company (Account entity) form. It display all related contracts properly, but when we click on the list control to expand the list view of related contracts, none of the contracts appear in the list. Changing the view doesn't help. Even when I add a new record from within the list view it doesn't appear after saving (although it subsequently appears on the sub-grid).

Other sub-grids for both custom out-of-box entities like Contacts and Opportunities have no problem. The Contract views work fine when used in advanced find or accessed from the navigation bar.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Try to remove the subgrid from the form then publish the entity and re-add the subgrid and re-publish.

I cannot see the picture.

Don't just copy paste, I guess, you 'Insert image' function.

Or maybe you can upload through imageshack?

Cause:

Relationship of the Entity

Resolution : -

We checked the relationship of Contract (Ode_contract_supplier ) in Navigation Pane which was Referential and was currently used when we replaced this with Parental Type of Behavior (Contact_customer_accounts) we were able to see the Contract Associated View in Company Entity

The relationship was the contract_customer_accounts.
