In the security role for the Marketing User, remove the delete privilege on the account entity.

As per this image if my security role is sales then i will be able to see only new and edit options only,   delete and send mail direct shouldn't be shown to me

    Hi Harshad,

Then you need someone that has privileges to change the Security roles, to remove privileges from the Delete column of an account.
That they can do by navigating to Settings -> Security -> Security roles, then choose the right Security role for the person and open it. Then remove the Delete privilege under Core records.

Then the user won't see Delete button anymore.

Please refer the image above which i have shared

i want to hide some functionality of entity like send direct mail, excel view

in short i want to create UI for specific roles

eg. If i am sales person than i will be able to see functionality related to me.

All other options  like some entity(service), specific entity's some functionality(excel send, direct message, delete button, view), some buttons(merge, geo code) on forms

so if i am sales user login than i will not be able to see this options in my crm

    Hi Harshad,

And it is possible by regulating the privileges given to users within Security roles. (Create removes the +New button, Delete removes the Delete button etc.)

For those buttons that you don't see a privilege for, you can use the Ribbon Workbench: www.develop1.net/.../ribbonworkbench.aspx

    Hi Harshad,

You find all Security roles under Settings -> Security -> Security Roles

There you choose the security role that you have given to your user and open it, to modify. In order to modify privileges, you have to click on the small circles. (see what the different colours mean here: crmbook.powerobjects.com/.../security-roles)

In order to remove the +New button, you would need to navigate to the Core Records tab and on the Account line you need to click the Create circle until it is empty. (Then the user will not have any rights to create a new account)

In order to remove the Delete button, you just click on the Delete circle until it is empty (still on the Account line).

To remove Merge, you should choose the Business Management tab and scroll to the bottom of the page. In the Miscellaneous Privileges area you have the line Merge, just click on it to remove the privilege (circle will be empty again)

And like this you can remove all the privileges you want.

If you want more information about the Ribbon Workbench - here is a great tutorial: community.dynamics.com/.../mastering-ribbon-workbench-2016
