I was wondering how I could automatically set up the distributions and the taxes so that after the purchase number is entered and after the tab key is entered a few times, the taxes automatically show up and the distributions and automatically entered.

Hi,
Distribution account and tax ID can be defaulted from Vendor or Item level setup. Please go to Purchasing-Cards-Vendors to set default purchase and tax id for the vendor. Please go to Inventory-Cards-Item Maintenance to set default purchase and tax id at the item level.
