I am using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016. So, I guess I wont be able to add more widgets.

I found another solution to this issue.
Using the query and changing the database, I changed this limitation in the design of the dashboards.
use MSCRM_CONFIG
update DeploymentProperties
set IntColumn=20
where ColumnName='DashboardMaximumControlsLimit'
go
