Can I through plugin, javascript or other means access the menus of any Business Process Flow in Unified Interface? Below you see a picture of one stage of one of our BPF's and I have the following questions:

1. Can I remove/hide these icons that appear for particular fields?

2. Can I for example change the width of the columns?

There aren't really any modifications you can make to the Business Process Flow display. If you really want to hide the icon, the only way to do that would be to update the entity UCI icon to a blank (or a very small dot) SVG image.
