We are trying to integrate Sharepoint with our Microsoft dynamics portal for file upload but it is not working properly, no action is being performed after we click on "Add file".

Any help would be appreciated

Please take a look the following Doc and check if step 1-5 is completed.

docs.microsoft.com/.../manage-sharepoint-documents

If you completed all steps and the issue is not mitigated, I recommend you to raise a support ticket for further investigation.
