QUANTITY GOING NEGATIVE

Good morning All, 

I need a solution to these issue, how to stop negative quantity when the item is on hold and it is recall and it will not allow the cashier to bill with the same quantity.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your question.

    How is RMS behaving? When you please an order on hold, the item's inventory is put into committed quantity, so that when it is recalled, the items are available to be sold.
