Field date not appearing as date format when exporting the report to excel

I added a field with EDT FROMDATE to the report. When exporting the report to excel the format of the field ib excel was not date

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

    Is this happening for every date field?

    Sounds more like an issue with the Excel sheet than F&O itself. If you right click on your excel sheet, and change the format, it should show the correct date.

    Can you elaborate more about which report do you use?

    Please check if you have added language-id on user option for Date, time, and number format. To get correct value you can change the field format to "Short date" in the Excel file.
