Error message when trying to apply credit memo

When I try to apply a credit memo in RM I am receiving the message 'You cant choose this document because it is part of a recovered batch or is still in the process of posting'

I have cleared SY00800, checked posting status in SY00500, deleted a duplicate record from PA1300 (was duplicated in PA23100) and looked for duplicates in RM10201 and RM20101. Nothing has worked thus far. Does any one have any other suggestions? Thank you

Yes, the problem was as stuck record in RM10301. Deleting the record resolved the issue.

Dave did you ever fix this issue?  I'm having the same problem with no resolution so far.

I ended up opening a case with Microsoft. The problem was a stuck record in RM10301. Deleting the record resolved the issue.

Any update on the resolution? This is a post that is getting a large number of views so we would like to get a confirmed resolution.

The only other relevant table I can think of is the RM00401 keys table.  Make sure the DCSTATUS column matches the table the document is in (1=work, 2=open, 3=history).  This is just a guess though.  Good luck.

Unfortunately running the reconciliation did not resolve the issue, but thanks for the suggestion.

Try to run the Reconciliation for the customer outstanding information.

    Hope this helps!!!

Hello Mahmoud, I have checked BCHSTTUS and MKDTOPST and both are already set to zero. Thank you for your suggestion.

This primarily caused by either BCHSTTUS or MKDTOPST  fields in SY00500. Check them for this specific batch and they should be set to zero.
