Cannot Enable Email Engagement

We had Sales Insights working in preview mode prior to 2019 Release Wave 2, and all three of the following were working:

  • Relationship Assistant
  • Auto-Capture
  • Email Engagement

Since 2019 Release Wave 2, Relationship Assistant and Auto-Capture is still working fine, but Email Engagement is not available. 

When we go to the Sales Insights settings area, we see that we need to agree to the terms of service. Clicking on the blue "I agree" button does nothing. I opened a ticket about this and was told that clicking on the button in our environment results in a 404 error.

The case has been with the Sales Insights team for a few days with no indication as to when it will be fixed.

Has anybody else experienced this problem? Any suggestions for a work-around?

    Can you check if you have any processes in draft state and activate them?

    I have active all action process, so that still not enable

    I am having this same issue on one of our instances. I checked the processes and all are enabled. Any resolution yet?
