Hello forum members,
since more than one week it is not possible anymore to check the VAT No. with VIES via BC (22.1) Service when creating a new customer/contact/vendor.
The following error message always appears:
An error occurred and the transaction is stopped. Contact your administrator or partner for further assistance.
Anyone with the same problem?
Suggestions for a solution?

Hi, this is a standard issue and is expected to be fixed in CU03 in July.

We had now to disable the EU VAT Registration No. Validation Service in order to made it possible to create contacts/customers/vendors again. But this cannot be the solution we need this Validation Service urgently again. The Service Endpoint is still the same and the VIES page is working normaly. Does Microsoft has made some changes in a last update? Please help!
