I have a Client (CRM User) who has reported that they are having issues when scheduling appointments.
To be specific they are having issues when trying to schedule an appointment for an event which occurred on 23/11/2018 at from 18:30 - 23:30
The below error appears when save and/or save and close is clicked;
On the Alert box that appears (See Above), when Ignore and Save is pressed the appointment is created and It can be found using advanced find where it will appear.
However the User has advised that the issue lies with the Alert box disappearing after ignore and save is pressed not notifying the User if the appointment has been created or not, without the User having to use the advanced find tool to validate if it has been created.
The User has reported that this the Alert box when scheduling appointments has only started occurring recently, scheduling appointments is a feature which they do not use often but the scheduling alert will appear upon each request to schedule a appointment past or present as they have tried to schedule various appointments for different time periods.
I have replicated the issue as the user on my machine on lower environments and was able to schedule the appointment without any alert appearing.
User is working with CRM On Premise
Issue occurs on multiple browsers
Number of affected users: 1
User has sufficient Security Role to schedule appointments - (Engagement Staff Member)
User has reported that no changes has been made to their account or machine they work on.
I'm aware that this is only an alert and can be ignored and able to proceed but the User would like an explanation as to why this is occurring or for the issue resolved in the sense that the Alert Message will stop appearing, as they are the only user that this is happening to within their team.
Is anyone able to give advise on how to resolve?
