Are you seeking a feature which may be similar to the following thread's?
community.dynamics.com/.../embed-stars-in-dynamic-email-for-feedback
Customer Voice survey can only send as link, the stars rating control is part of built-in module of customer voice page; for Dynamics workflow, it can only embed text content, while CSS customization is required to implement a stars rating widget.
Therefore, customers should open the survey link to submit their stars rating instead.
