i have a porblem.
i am tryind to add a new item at the program and its doesnt work.
if anybody know what can i do?
Go to Inventory Setup and check the No. Series code that is mentioned in the Item No.s whether it is exist or not.
Go to No-series and find the No-series for Item then make sure Manual has ben selected as well (both default and manual). Then try

Seems that you are trying to enter Manual nos, on Item card. if its the requirement then you have check if Item No. series has Manual check mark enabled on No. series. go to the Inventory Setup and check there.
