Configuring field service mobile for Surface Pro users

When on the Field Service application on a Surface, some of the configurations that I built into Woodford do not appear on the Surface, but they do appear on an iPad and mobile phone. For example, I built a custom field for Work Order Service Tasks, it has been added to the form and functions properly on iPads and mobile phones, but on the Surface that section is missing. Additionally, whenever I try to open a service task on the Surface, it crashes the application. Loading the Field Service Application onto a normal laptop seems to result in the same functionality as with the Surface.

Is there another way to make the Field Service Application work on a Surface device or a separate customization process for such devices?

Hi Kirsten,

once the application has crashed on the Surface device, have you checked the application log?

This could reveal hints to the issue.
