We use Business Central and are requiring a vendor portal for our B2B customers to login and see the status of their service jobs.
We would have 300 customers that would likely be logging in daily (as we process such a massive amount of jobs). Based on Power Apps Portal licencing, we would need 9000 logins per month (300 customers x 30 days per month). That would cost $1,000 per month (Tier 2 licencing at $100 per 1000 logins, minimum volume is 10 units).
Our entire BC licencing costs are about $1000 per month, so its a tall ask to double that, just to have our customers login.
So my question.... does anyone have any good alternative ideas for portals that have some kind of connection with Business Central? I know I can go down the full development route, but wanted to know if anyone has any other ideas.
