I need to limit users accessibility to see Project Transactions on my Executive Projects

We have created several projects that include sensitive information, we have created categories for those projects and need to exclude users from being able to access our projects where the category is "executive"? Any thoughts on how to limit access to that specific attribute?

    As mentioned by Sohaib, you can implement security policies which are part of the eXtensible Data Security (XDS) framework. On my blog, I shared some examples for learning purposes.
