Dear Sir,
We are facing a postings slowness issue since 5…6 days.
Also having lock by another issue while posting.
if someone is posting a sales order so purchase order does not post till the sales order will not completely post ( lock by another user )
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible

NAV 2016 did have posting performance issues and was greatly improved, if not resolved, by 2018 and BC. Though my first recommendation is to upgrade, I would first examine if you have any customizations that have effected the Posting Codeunits that would lock tables. Sometimes, when coding a customization, the lock is occurring too early causing this issue. Please have your Partner or the person who coded this to debug the Posting process and make improvements.
I am sure other Forum contributors who are Developers can chime in more here.
