1) I want to open existing account from account list
2) Create a new account from portal website
3) Third one is, i want to change the the form of entity list like if i want to create a new account then according to need i can customize the fields.
How can i do all of these?

Hi Magnusnorlem,
To Enables or disables local account sign-in using an email address field instead of a username field go to Portal Setting and Change the following Configuration. If you are not able to find following configuration then you must create one. The default value is false and to enable change value to true.

Hi Parashuram.
I would like to change the login label "username" to "e-mail", but to position myself on this page I have to sign out of my admin account (making me unable to access the edit functionalities in the top right corner). Do you know if this is possible?

Keep in mind setting permission as global will display you all the account, even through you are not related to them, but mostly you want to see only those customer which are related to he logged in user so, so account which are related to using any relationship to account for example using parent customer, or using any 1:N or n:n relationship. So I will suggest you to go through entity permission, docs.microsoft.com/.../assign-entity-permissions
