Currency Symbols missing when use convert to case from email

We have customized the case for to show the value of the original invoice and query value fieldsWhen a user creates a manual case the £ symbol is visible and no issues.

When a user converts a email to a case using the Convert to Icon the Currency Symbols Â£ is missing on the original invoice and query value fields and when a value is added a message appears advising " A currency is required if a value exists in a money value. Select a currency and try again"

Can anyone enlighten me ?

    Hello,

    That's pretty weird issue. Do you have "default currency" setting populated for a user you use (Personal settings -> General Tab)?

    Hello,

    yes that was the 1st thing I though of.

    I have also got the user to 'pick' the email before conversion just incase the system needed to look at the users set up but still the same.

    It also happens when I have set up auto case generate....   any help appreciated :)
