Hi Guys,
I need to restrict access rights, so that only own notes could be deleted by the user.
Could you please advice if this is possible.

Yes, you can change the security role privileges so that users are only members of roles that have user-level delete permission on the Note (annotation) entity.
However, be aware that any user who has the system administrator role would still be able to delete any notes
Hi Rasi, hope you're doing good.
You can manage this with roles. Each role has a privilege over each specific entity and you can set the level to User in Notes Entity so any user with this role can only see their own Notes.

I want user to be able to view all notes, but only to allow to add or delete own notes.
I believe this is under: Core Records -> Notes
What am I changing under notes ?

you need to set delete to user level and read privilege to organisation level.
Thanks for your reply, I Forgotten to mention that I don't want users to be able to edit existing notes created by other users neither.
then modify the "write" to user level too.
