In D365, is there a news feed of some sort, like there is in Salesforce? I have been asked to see if there is and if it is possible to make that in a dashboard of some sort.

In MS CRM, we have a timeline which shows all the activities configured for an Entity within timeline. The activities that you use in Timeline to keep track of all your communications with a customer or contact can be customized according to your business or organization requirements.
