Hello everyone,
I am very knew to Dynamics and am learning as I go. Can anyone point me in the right direction on some reading material that would help. I am thinking a good book that isn't to in depth but will allow a novice user to get up and running.
My material so far has been online material, YouTube and MS website.
We hope to use Dynamics to keep track of current customers. Each customer will have a number of Cases attached with the documents saved in SharePoint. We also hope to use Dynamics to expand out customer base using the Marketing and campaign sections of it.
Therefore, I think most of our usage will be geared toward Dynamics 365 for Sales
